Ellis The Elephant

Ellis The Elephant was a commission for a good friend of mine. I chose to sculpt an African elephant over an Asian elephant as African elephants are more endangered.
Ellis has been sculpted in Asharaf Hanna Stoneware clay and painted in underglazes, the tusks were left unpainted.Ellis's eyes have been glazed with a transparent glaze.
